I absolutely loved dealing with Heather, she is the best. She has been very understanding to the situation that I am going through. Offered very kind words of support. She does whatever she can for you. She's the reason why I would highly recommend anybody wanting to rent a storage unit, contact Heather and Heather alone. I've never deal with better customer service, and compassion from an individual, no matter what business I have dealt with, nor for whatever reason, I wish there were a hundred more like her“

Heather, my point of contact, was truly the only reason I decided to utilize this specific storage facility. Our needs are short term. Their website at the time advertised a rate that her superior refused to honor, but Heather went above and beyond to try and make it happen. Though unsuccessful, her determination and follow up led to my decision to rent a unit there. Knowing I could contact someone and they actually care is just as important to me as a good price. I understand that mistakes are made. Just FYI though, even if you book online and get a confirmation, the price might not be honored. Also, there's a one time administrative fee that's not on their website, but can be found on review websites. I thought her having to deal with this situation was a little too much seeing as how she doesn't create the website, or pricing for that matter, and the fact her superior didn't offer to reach out or explain directly the false advertisements and reasoning for not honoring them was unprofessional. Heather was obviously just relating information that, quite frankly, didn't make sense. She did the best she could and I appreciate that. I don't have much experience in storage facilities, but aside from the restroom needing cleaned, the unit itself was sufficient, clean and seemed to have pest powder around the perimeter (I'm ok with this). Thanks Heather!
